A BIT ABOUT KATHY
kathy has been a full time realtor since 1978 and hasn’t looked back
She has won every single Century 21 Canada Award for Outstanding Production and has twice achieved CENTURION STATUS and was privileged to be presented with the prestigious Centurion Award by Century 21 CEO Don Lawby placing her in the Top 2% of all Century 21 Agents Worldwide for those two years.
Kathy was born and raised in St. Thomas. She has two brothers, a sister, and is very proud of her 3 beautiful nieces. She attended Mary Bucke Public School and graduated from Central Elgin High School. During her high school years she was highly involved in competitive sports including track and field, and basketball, and earned the right to represent her school in gymnastics at the Ontario Championships in Toronto. Kathy was named female Athlete of the Year in her final year.
During her high school years Kathy worked at Giffords Farm Market and Rest Haven Nursing Home where she loved working with and taking care of the senior residents. Later she worked at Yurek Pharmacy, and became a florist at Clintons Flowers here in St. Thomas. In addition she found time to teach Dance Fit, become a licensed Scuba Instructor and then went on to earn the prestigious Dive Master Designation. Kathy is an avid skier, golfer and a longtime member of the St. Thomas Golf & Country Club. Kathy was also a member of the St. Thomas Curling Club where her team finished second in the Southern Ontario Curling Championships.
Through the years Kathy has always believed in giving back to her community. She belonged to the Quota Club, the Rotarian Club, and was named Rotarian of the Year in 1989. Kathy is a proud member of the Elgin Women’s Business Network.
Kathy lost her mother and best friend to cancer a few years ago and for the past 2 years has participated in the Great Cycle Bike Ride for Cancer where she cycled over 1000 kilometers to help raise money for Cancer Research.

I am an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. When my mother died suddenly in January of 2013, my sister and I sought to sell her home as both of lived at the other end of the province. My sister knew Kathy Kewley through a childhood friend and we engaged her to be our real estate agent for the sale. Kathy was unknown to me at the time, but quickly gained my confidence with her helpful suggestions for selling a house and her thorough knowledge of the real estate market in the local area. She quickly assessed the value of the house and provided useful suggestions as to how to increase its market value in the short amount of time that we had to prepare it.
